SCENIC COAST ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® Tour Guidelines

Deadline for Tours: Tour requests must be input in the CCRMLS by 3:00 pm on the day preceding the tour.

Rules:

• Properties on Tour must be held open for the entire prescribed tour hours by the listing agent, another MLS subscriber from the same list office, or by an assistant registered with the Association office. Assistants may not distribute anything pertaining to cost or financing. The Seller's presence does not satisfy this requirement.
• Participants who fail to comply will be assessed an automatic $50 fine.
• Homes may not be left open without an agent present, whether vacant or not.
• Do not post confidential information or lock box combos in Tour Remarks.
• There are no restrictions to the number of times a property is may be placed on Tour, nor are there any restrictions regarding the serving of food at the home.
• No alcohol may be served at a home placed on the MLS Tour.
