Association Staff

After graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Lisa and her daughter Hannah moved from the Valley to enjoy all the splendor this area has to offer.  She began her real estate career in San Luis Obispo, managing and assisting in the selling of commercial real estate. 

Rising to a new challenge, Lisa was recruited from her real estate office by Fidelity National Title to work as a Marketing Representative on the Scenic Coast.  With great enthusiasm she hit the streets, developing business relationships with REALTORS® from Cambria, Cayucos, Morro Bay and Los Osos.   

Lisa will be drawing from those relationships while discovering all that her position at the Scenic Coast Association has to offer.  She is the mother of two; Hannah, a Freshman at Morro Bay High and Colton, a very active 3-year old.

Megan Mogull and her husband Michael relocated from Roseville to the Central Coast in 2007.  Her husband is currently working on his Master’s and teaching pre-calculus at Cal Poly.  They have a new addition to their family, their son Ari who is now nine months old. 

Megan has a diverse background in Marketing, Sales and Property Management.  She has had various nominations and awards from For Rent Magazine and FPI Management.  Megan is excited to be working at the Scenic Coast Association of REALTORS and looks forward to diversifying her knowledge while advancing her career goals.
